Effective June 2, 2003, former Rule 68 of the Ohio Liquor Control Commission has been rescinded. This rule contained the "5 for 5" affidavit requirement. There is no such requirement in the laws or rules any longer.

What is still in the law, however, is that wholesale distributors may sell only to retail permit holders and for "home use". A plank of our company's responsibility initiative is to establish reasonable limits on the number of kegs sold to an individual customer purchasing for home use. Our policy is to sell no more than four (4) kegs to an individual, non-permitted customer for home use.
